Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Presyo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Presyo is a costing and pricing tool for small business owners in the Philippines. It helps you calculate your true product costs from ingredient/material prices and recipes, and suggests prices based on your target profit margin.

Presyo is a calculation tool — it is not tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice. You're responsible for verifying your own pricing, tax, and business decisions, ideally with a qualified professional (such as an accountant, or the BIR itself for tax matters).

• You must provide accurate information when signing up, and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One business per account, currently — Presyo doesn't yet support multiple businesses on a single account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to run a business in the Philippines, to use Presyo.

Presyo offers a Free plan and a Pro plan:

• Free — up to 5 active products and 25 ingredients/materials.
• Pro — unlimited products and ingredients, for ₱249/month.

These limits and pricing may change — we'll do our best to give notice of any changes that affect you.

Pro upgrades are currently handled manually: you request an upgrade in the app, pay via the payment method we provide (e.g. GCash or bank transfer), and confirm your payment — we then activate Pro on your account by hand, as soon as reasonably possible. We don't currently store or process any card or payment information directly through the app — Presyo itself never sees your payment details.

Pro access granted this way is valid for the period stated at the time of activation (currently 30 days per payment), after which it automatically reverts to Free unless renewed. This manual process may change in the future as we add automated payment processing; if it does, we'll update these terms.

Don't use Presyo to:

• Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
• Try to access another business's data, or attempt to bypass plan limits, security, or rate limits.
• Overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or redistribute Presyo itself without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

The business, product, and ingredient data you enter into Presyo belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it, and we only use it to provide the service to you (see our Privacy Policy for detail). Presyo's own software, design, and branding belong to us.

Presyo is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the costing math correct (it's tested extensively), but we can't guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to every business. Pricing suggestions are a starting point based on the numbers you provide — they're only as accurate as the ingredient prices, recipes, and settings you enter, and don't account for every real-world factor (market conditions, competition, taxes beyond what you've configured, etc.). You're responsible for your own pricing and business decisions.

To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Presyo and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or business losses from decisions made using Presyo's calculations.

You can delete your account anytime in Settings — this is immediate and permanent. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or (with reasonable notice) if we ever need to shut down the service entirely.

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the date above, and for significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
