Privacy Policy

Presyo is operated by Jhestin Digap, an individual based in Antipolo City, Rizal, Philippines (business registration in progress). For any privacy question or request, contact us directly at djhestin@gmail.com— for now, that's also our point of contact for data protection matters.

• Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) if you sign up directly; or your name and email from Google if you sign up with Google.
• Business and product data — anything you enter to use the app: your business name and type, ingredient/material names and prices, product recipes, packaging and labor costs, target margins, and the cost/price calculations Presyo generates from that data.
• Usage data— how you use the app (pages visited, features used, session recordings) via PostHog, so we can understand what's working and fix what isn't.
• Technical data — error reports and crash logs via Sentry, which may include technical details like your browser type and the page you were on when something broke.
• Cookies— a session cookie that keeps you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

• To provide the core service — turning your ingredient prices into product costs and suggested prices.
• To create and secure your account, and verify your email address.
• To send account-related emails (verification, password reset) — never marketing email without your consent.
• To understand how the app is used, so we can improve it.
• To find and fix bugs.
• If you request a Pro upgrade — to process that request (currently handled manually; see "Payments" in our Terms of Service).

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the specific service providers Presyo runs on, each for the purpose described:

• Neon (database hosting, Singapore) — stores all your account and business data.
• Resend (email delivery) — sends verification, password reset, and account-related emails.
• Sentry (error monitoring) — receives technical error reports to help us fix bugs.
• PostHog (product analytics) — receives usage data and session recordings.
• Google (only if you sign in with Google) — provides your name and email to us for that sign-in method.
• Vercel (hosting) — runs the application itself and necessarily processes all traffic to it.

Each provider has its own privacy practices; we've chosen ones with reasonable security standards. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Presyo or our users.

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text.
• Sign-in attempts are rate-limited to prevent brute-force attacks.
• Your business's data is isolated from every other business's data at the database level.
• We take regular, automated backups.
• Admin access to the system is restricted to a small number of authorized accounts.

No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but these are real, verified protections, not just promises.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (available anytime in Settings), your business, products, ingredients, and all related data are permanently deleted — immediate and irreversible on our end, though a copy may briefly persist in routine backups until they naturally roll over.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you and why (this policy, and you can always ask).
• Access and correct your data — you can edit almost everything directly in the app.
• Export your data — Settings has a one-click Excel export of your products and ingredients.
• Delete your account and all associated data — available anytime in Settings, no need to ask us.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe we've mishandled your data.

Presyo is intended for business owners and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the app changes. If we do, we'll update the date above, and for significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
